From my own life experiences, including going through two divorces and finding love again, I’ve learned that the path to authenticity isn’t always easy but is always worth it. When you engage in a practise that allows you to reflect on what feels most ‘you’, you are better able to establish and uphold healthy boundaries (which are not barriers but invitations for others to meet the real you) and allow your feelings to flow without judgment.
